Yoga is just getting on the mat.
“Just enjoy yourself. For many years I mistook discipline as ambition. Now I believe it to be more about consistency. Do get on the mat.
Practice and life are not that different.”

My Schedule
Still Yoga
2110 Sunset Blvd., Suite O
(in Echo Park, at the corner of Alvarado)
Wednesdays
6:00 - 7:15 pm PST
All Levels - Slow Flow style
Through meditative movement and mindful breathing, we begin to drop in, pausing along the way to observe. The practice builds slowly and incrementally. and about midway, you might find yourself settling into a pose that previously seemed out of reach. Variations are always offered and encouraged, along with mudra, pranayama and lots of deep listening.
We wind down with twists, hip openers and a restorative or two.
Sundays
5:30 - 6:45 pm PST
Restoratives
We use blankets, blocks and bolsters to support the body in a series of 4-6 restful poses that are held for 5-15 minutes each. Along with guided meditation, essential oils and relaxing music, we ease into a deeper state of rest. This is a practice of pausing on purpose - one of the main tools we can use to release tension, restore energy, replenish our resources, and create a sense of spaciousness and ease, physically, mentally and emotionally.
"Sarah is a masterful teacher. Her classes are invigorating and inspired. I leave floating on air."
"Sarah’s classes are always varied and just perfect as far as being a great workout and excellent yoga. She is always patient, and somehow remembers everyone’s name. When I can't attend her classes, I miss them greatly."
